true God and true Man. Blessed be the Name of Jesus. Blessed be His
Most Sacred Heart. Blessed be His Most Precious Blood. Blessed be
Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. Blessed be the Holy
Spirit, the Paraclete. Blessed be the great Mother of God, Mary most
Holy. Blessed be her Holy and Immaculate Conception. Blessed be her
Glorious Assumption. Blessed be the Name of Mary, Virgin and Mother.
Blessed be St. Joseph, her most chaste spouse. Blessed be God in His
Angels and in His Saints.
Golden Arrow
May the most holy, most sacred, most adorable, most mysterious and
unutterable Name of God be always praised, blessed, loved, adored
and glorified in heaven on earth and under the earth, by all the
creatures of God, and by the Sacred Heart of our Lord Jesus Christ
in the most Holy Sacrament of the altar.
This prayer was revealed by Our Lord to a Carmelite Nun of Tours in
1843 as a reparation for blasphemy. “This Golden Arrow will wound My
Heart delightfully,” He said, “and heal the wounds inflicted by
blasphemy.” Imprimatur: T. J. Toolen, Archbishop of Mobile-Birm.
Prayer of Praise
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as
it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without
end. Amen.
The Gloria
Glory to God in the highest. And on earth peace to men of good will.
We praise You. We bless You. We adore you. We glorify You. We give
You thanks for Your great glory. O Lord God, heavenly King, God the
Father almighty. O Lord Jesus Christ, the Only-begotten Son. O Lord
God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father: you Who take away the sins of
the world, have mercy on us. You Who take away the sins of the
world, receive our prayer. You Who sit at the right hand of the
Father, have mercy on us. For you alone are holy. You alone are the
Lord. You alone, O Jesus Christ, are most high. Together with the
Holy Spirit in the glory of God the Father. Amen.
